Return Policy

Stock product is defined as an “on-the-shelf item”; whereas, all non-stock product is considered a “made-to-order item”.

Non-stock products are not returnable:
It is the Seller’s discretion whether an item is returnable. Stock and non-stock products displayed in any Steel Grip publication or website does not mean the product can be readily resold. The Buyer must secure “RETURN AUTHORIZATION” from the Seller to return any merchandise. All returned items must be in a clean and resalable condition and subject to a 15% restocking charge. Only the purchase price of a product is refundable. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Repair:
Determination to repair Steel Grip items is considered on a case by case basis. Factors such as defective materials, fabric contamination, product wear and abuse must be evaluated. Request assistance by contacting your salesman or customer service department and explain the circumstances which involve the repair. We will work for cooperation and provide this service while considering your employee’s safety as well as ours.

Workmanship:
Merchandise covered by invoice is not returnable to Seller except for reasons of defective workmanship. Then, the Buyer must secure “Return Authorization” from the Seller to return such merchandise. Items identified as defective in material and/or workmanship will receive full credit, including shipping charges.

Shortages:
Claims for shortages must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Failure to present claim within this period shall constitute a waiver of all claims thereto.
